The Principal of jthproprty.com, Juha Tapio Havela first started his real estate career in Hervey Bay with a large franchise in 1992.  Juha's determination and obvious natural ability for selling was noted early on and the franchise company invested in providing the top real estate trainers in the country to develop his skills.

Having access to all of the training was a tremendous help initially and was paramount in his rise to be the top sales person not only in the Hervey Bay area but of all 146 offices in Queensland.

Juha saw there was still plenty of room for improvement in the industry and employed a personal coach to set goals and help put a business plan in motion.  He had a vision to create an agency in Hervey Bay which would not only set the standards but raise the bar for the quality of real estate agents in Hervey Bay.

Juha is extremely proud of what has been created and continues to strive for improvement.  We are committed to being innovative within the real estate industry and will move forward in the development of internet based sales.  We have made a strong investment in technology and systems to keep at the forefront of internet marketing and social media.

In 2010 our hard work, achievements and innovation was recognized within our community and we were awarded as the 2010 Property Business of the Year at the Hervey Bay Business Awards.
